AudioCodes Ltd. (AUDC) reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.9 million, or 7 cents per share, on revenue of $62.6 million for the period ended December 31, 2025. Adjusted earnings excluding stock-based compensation and one-time items totaled 16 cents per share. For full-year 2025, the company posted net profit of $9 million, or 31 cents per share, on annual revenue of $245.6 million.
