Axalta Coating Systems (AXTA) reported fourth-quarter net income of $60 million, or 28 cents per share, with adjusted earnings of 59 cents per share. Revenue for the quarter totaled $1.26 billion, in line with expectations, while results missed analyst forecasts of 61 cents per share. For the full year, the company recorded profit of $378 million, or $1.74 per share, on revenue of $5.12 billion. Management guided to 50 cents per share for the first-quarter and $2.55 to $2.70 per share for the full year. AXTA shares rose about 6% year-to-date, but are down 8% over the past 12 months as of February 10, 2026.
