Fulton Financial Reports Q4 Net Income of $99M, Revenue Beats Forecast

Fulton Financial Corp. (FULT) reported net income of $99 million in the fourth quarter, or 53 cents per share, the company said on January 21, 2026. Adjusted earnings were 55 cents per share. The Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based financial holding company posted $473.4 million in revenue, with revenue net of interest expense totaling $340.4 million, surpassing analyst expectations. For the full year, Fulton Financial recorded a profit of $391.6 million, or $2.08 per share, on annual revenue of $1.33 billion.
