Generac Holdings Inc. (NYSE: GNRC) posted a fourth-quarter net loss of $0.42 per share after a $104.5 million legal settlement and $15.6 million inventory write-downs, while data center sales acceleration and a normalization in outage activity underpin strong 2026 guidance.
