Legal AI platform Harvey (HY) is reportedly in final talks for a $200 million funding round at a projected $11 billion valuation, led by Sequoia and Singapore’s GIC. If closed, the round would more than triple the company’s valuation from $8 billion, reached in a December 2025 round led by Andreessen Horowitz. Harvey’s valuation trajectory reflects rapid expansion: a $300 million Series E in June 2025 at $5 billion, and a $300 million Series D in February 2025 at $3 billion. The company reported an annual recurring revenue of $190 million by year-end 2025, up from $100 million in August 2025. Founder and CEO Winston Weinberg has attributed its traction to strategic introductions and strong VC backing.
