DaVita HealthCare Reports Q4 EPS of $3.40, Issues FY2026 Guidance

DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (DVA) reported fourth-quarter net income of $234.2 million, or $3.29 per share, on revenue of $3.62 billion for the period ended December 31, 2025. Adjusted earnings came in at $3.40 per share. For full-year 2025, the company posted net income of $746.8 million, or $9.84 per share, on revenue of $13.64 billion. DaVita issued 2026 full-year adjusted earnings guidance in the range of $13.60 to $15.00 per share.
