SPS Commerce (SPC) Reports Q4 Profit Advance

SPS Commerce (SPC) reported fourth-quarter net profit of $48.9 million, up 23% from $39.9 million in the same period of 2025, ending February 9, 2026. Revenue rose 12% to $214.3 million, driven by strong e-commerce growth and expanded payment solutions. The company attributed the results to increased online sales and cost optimization initiatives.
