UPS Raises 2026 Revenue Outlook to $89.7B on Restructuring Progress; Shares Up

UPS (UPS) raised its full-year revenue outlook to approximately $89.7 billion, exceeding market expectations, as the logistics giant's strategy to reduce low-margin shipments and focus on higher-value deliveries shows results. The company also forecast an adjusted operating margin of around 9.6% for 2026. The company reported Q4 2025 revenue of $24.5 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.38, both beating estimates. U.S. domestic revenue per piece rose 8.3% year-over-year. UPS completed the retirement of its MD-11 fleet, recording a $137 million non-cash impairment charge. Shares rose 3.76% in premarket trading on January 27.
