Jazz Pharma (JAZZ), AbCellera (ABCL) Partner for Cancer Antibody Development

Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) and AbCellera (ABCL) announced a collaboration on June 17, 2026, to discover and develop therapeutic antibodies for up to two oncology targets. The partnership leverages AbCellera's AI-powered antibody discovery platform with Jazz's established expertise in oncology. Under the agreement, AbCellera will receive an upfront payment and research funding. The biotechnology firm is also eligible for discovery, development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments, in addition to tiered royalties on net sales of any approved products derived from the collaboration. AbCellera specializes in identifying antibodies from natural immune responses using its high-throughput screening technology. Jazz Pharmaceuticals focuses on developing innovative treatments for people with cancer and other serious diseases.
