Abacus Global Management Inc. (ABX) said founders Sean McNealy, Matthew Ganovsky and Scott Kirby have cancelled their previously established Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, halting scheduled share sales at the alternative asset manager and financial planning firm. The company disclosed the cancellation on Sept. 24, 2026. Rule 10b5-1 plans allow executives to prearrange stock sales to avoid insider-trading liability. Terms of the original plans, including share volumes and timelines, were not disclosed. Cancelling such plans can signal insider confidence, though Abacus gave no stated reason for the move.
