Accenture (ACN) announced June 18, 2026, its intent to acquire 100% of RunZero and NetRise, alongside a majority stake in Dragos. These strategic acquisitions are set to significantly enhance Accenture's cyber defense capabilities, expanding its offerings in asset discovery, software supply chain security, and industrial control system (ICS) protection for clients globally. RunZero specializes in asset discovery and inventory, providing visibility into an organization's digital footprint. NetRise focuses on securing the software supply chain through continuous vulnerability management. Dragos is a leader in industrial cybersecurity, offering solutions to protect critical infrastructure and operational technology (OT) environments. The financial terms of these transactions were not disclosed by Accenture.
