Accenture (ACN) announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services on Tuesday to deliver cloud and AI offerings tailored for mid-sized companies, sending shares up 1.6% in premarket trading and extending Monday's gains tied to an AI safety partnership with Anthropic. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud cost optimization, security enhancement, and AI risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a business unit serving companies with annual revenue between $300 million and $3 billion. ACN recently traded near $180, above its 52-week low of $118.15 but below its high of $291.09. The stock remains below its 200-day moving average and has significantly underperformed the S&P 500 Information Technology Sector Index, which is up roughly 26% year-to-date in 2026, amid investor concerns over slowing bookings growth. Fiscal Q3 2026 revenue rose 6% year-over-year to $18.72 billion, missing the $18.78 billion consensus. Adjusted EPS of $3.80 beat estimates, but new bookings fell 2% to $19.3 billion. Management lowered full-year local-currency revenue growth guidance to 3-4%. Accenture reports Q4 results on Oct. 1, 2026.
