Autodesk Inc. (ADSK) posted higher first-quarter profit on May 28, 2026, as its shift to a subscription-based model continued to lift revenue. Net income for the period ended April 30 rose to $300 million, or $1.30 per share, from $250 million, or $1.10 per share, a year earlier. Revenue advanced 10% to $1.50 billion, slightly above analyst forecasts of $1.45 billion. Subscription revenue grew 12%, reflecting the ongoing migration of customers from perpetual licenses. The company raised its full-year adjusted earnings outlook to a range of $5.20 to $5.40 per share, citing sustained demand for its cloud-based software and newly integrated artificial intelligence features.
