AAR Corp Q1 Profit Rises to $40.1M as Revenue Jumps 24.1%

AAR Corp (AIR) reported first-quarter GAAP net income of $40.10 million, or $1.00 per share, up from $34.40 million, or $0.95 per share, a year earlier, the aviation services company said on September 29, 2026. Adjusted earnings, excluding items, totaled $60.0 million, or $1.49 per share. Revenue for the quarter rose 24.1% to $918.00 million from $739.60 million in the prior-year period. The company issued full-year revenue guidance of 14% to 16% growth.
