REalloys Appoints Mohammad Imran COO; ALOY Shares Fall 3.2%
REalloys Inc. (ALOY) confirmed the appointment of Mohammad Imran as Chief Operating Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Shares traded down 3.20% at $8.16 on the Nasdaq following the announcement. Imran previously served as REalloys' Chief Technology Officer and Vice President.
