DriveNets, an Israeli networking software firm, raised $410 million in a funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Atreides Management on June 1, 2026, bringing its total capital raised to $1 billion. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Red Dot Capital joined as new investors, while existing backers Pitango and D1 Capital Partners also participated. The company will use the proceeds to meet growing demand for large-scale AI infrastructure, CEO Ido Susan said. DriveNets did not disclose the valuation secured in the round. Founded in 2015, DriveNets enables telecom operators and data centers to build networks using standard, off-the-shelf hardware, supporting high-speed connectivity and AI workloads. Its partners include Broadcom, whose semiconductor solutions group president, Charlie Kawwas, said network fabric performance has become a primary driver of AI economics as systems scale.
