Australia Orders Amazon (AMZN), eBay (EBAY) to Remove Banned Magnet Toys, Offer Refunds

The directive also covers Kogan and Fruugo. The small, powerful magnets fail to meet permanent safety bans and can cause severe internal injuries if swallowed. The ACCC demanded the companies contact past buyers to provide full refunds.
