Apogee Enterprises (APOG) said on May 28, 2026, it agreed to acquire privately held Kalwall Companies for up to $115 million, adding translucent building panels to its architectural products segment. The deal includes a $90 million cash payment at closing and potential earnouts of $25 million tied to performance targets. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of Apogee's fiscal year 2027, which ends November 2026. Kalwall, known for its daylighting systems, will operate as a separate unit.
