Argenx SE (ARGX) said Tuesday it will present new clinical, long-term and real-world data for VYVGART (efgartigimod) across myasthenia gravis (MG) and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) at the AANEM Annual Meeting and MGFA Scientific Session in Orlando, Florida, from September 29 to October 2, 2026. In ocular MG, the Phase 3 ADAPT OCULUS study showed additional treatment cycles deepened MGII ocular score improvements. One-year ADAPT SERON data showed mean MG-ADL gains of about 5 points maintained through Week 52 in anti-AChR antibody-negative gMG patients. Real-world data from over 1,100 U.S. patients showed greater MG-ADL improvements, reduced steroid burden and fewer exacerbations among earlier starters. CIDP ADHERE and ADHERE+ data showed sustained safety and efficacy beyond five years, with about 40% of responders reaching INCAT scores of 0 or 1. VYVGART Hytrulo cut relative risk of grip-strength deterioration by 71.5%. Argenx shares closed Tuesday at $970.66, down 0.16%.
