(BBIO) announced on Sept. 23, 2026, the publication of data from a comparative retrospective study of transthyretin (TTR) stabilizers, evaluating Acoramidis against standard-of-care Tafamidis. The study, disclosed Wednesday, examined the effects of the two therapies as treatments for transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM), the rare heart condition both drugs target.
