Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust opened flat on the New York Stock Exchange on May 14, 2026, after raising $1.75 billion in its U.S. initial public offering. The New York-based investment vehicle opened at $20 per share, matching its IPO price. It sold 87.5 million shares at $20 each. The trust plans to invest mainly in newly built data center assets leased to investment-grade hyperscale tenants. Blackstone has identified $25 billion in near-term opportunities across markets including Northern Virginia, Ohio, Phoenix, Maryland and Austin. The listing comes during a busy week for AI-linked IPOs, including Cerebras and Fervo Energy, with three billion-dollar offerings marking the strongest weekly total since 2021, according to Renaissance Capital.
