Beam Global Signs Non-Binding LOI to Acquire European Drone Maker

Beam Global (BEEM) said on Sept. 22, 2026, that it signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a European drone manufacturer, expanding the infrastructure solutions provider into unmanned aerial systems. The San Diego-based company, which supplies energy storage, mobility electrification and security infrastructure, did not disclose the target's name, purchase price or deal terms. The LOI is non-binding, meaning no definitive agreement has been reached and the transaction may not proceed. Beam Global gave no timeline for due diligence or closing.
