BILL shares rise after Q1 earnings beat, higher 2026 profit outlook

BILL Holdings (NYSE: BILL) shares rose after the financial automation company reported fiscal first-quarter 2026 results above analyst expectations and raised its full-year adjusted profit guidance. The company reported adjusted earnings of $0.68 a share, beating the $0.55 consensus estimate. Revenue increased 13.5% from a year earlier to $406.6 million, ahead of analysts’ expectations of $403.5 million. Management now expects full-year adjusted earnings of about $2.63 a share, signaling a stronger profitability outlook, while its next-quarter revenue guidance was in line with forecasts. BILL closed at $41.75, up 8.7% from the previous close. The stock remains down 17.4% year to date and trades 25.9% below its 52-week high of $56.31 reached in January 2026.
