BlackLine Acquires NetNow to Expand Invoice-to-Cash Capabilities

BlackLine, Inc. (BL) announced on September 21, 2026, that it has acquired NetNow, an AI-enabled B2B customer onboarding and credit risk management solution, for an undisclosed sum. The deal expands BlackLine's Invoice-to-Cash capabilities. NetNow's AI technology is intended to advance BlackLine's intelligent automation vision for financial operations.
