BioRestorative Therapies (NASDAQ: BRTX) said on May 26, 2026 it has completed dosing in its Phase 2 clinical trial of BRTX-100 for chronic lumbar disc disease, a key step enabling the spinal cell therapy program to move toward a data readout in 2027. No safety issues were flagged during the enrollment, the company stated. BRTX-100 is an autologous stem cell-based treatment designed to address degenerative disc conditions with a single injection.
