US Spot Bitcoin ETFs Post Ninth Straight Inflow Day, Topping August Streak at $3.08 Billion
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs drew $66.19 million on Tuesday, extending their net inflow streak to nine consecutive sessions and matching August's nine-day run, according to Decrypt's ETF tracker. Bitcoin traded near $84,400 on Wednesday, up about 1% and recovering Monday's losses. The run, which began Sept. 17, has pulled in roughly $3.08 billion, edging August's streak of about $3.04 billion by some $33 million. The August rally is widely credited with lifting Bitcoin out of its bear market. Flows reversed after the Federal Reserve raised rates 25 basis points on Sept. 16 to 3.75%–4%, its first hike since 2023. Bitcoin fell to about $75,000 as ETFs bled roughly $746 million over two days, then rebounded above $80,000 within two days of the Sept. 17 inflow of $159.5 million. Inflows reached $999 million on Sept. 21, and the week ending Sept. 25 drew $2.4 billion. Bitcoin remains about a third below its October 2025 record of $126,296. The current streak trails June 2025's 13 straight days.
