Strategy purchased 950 Bitcoin for $75.7 million in the week to September 20, 2026, at an average of $79,670 per coin including fees, according to a Monday 8-K filing. The purchase lifts the company's holdings to 846,000 BTC, within 1,363 coins of its June 22 record of 847,363 BTC. The company has paid $63.80 billion for its stack, an average of $75,416 per coin. Summer sales cut holdings to 840,447 by August 10, their lowest since May, before 5,553 coins were added back. The latest buy price sits $15,408 above the $64,262 average for 1,690 BTC sold in the week to August 9. Strategy also repurchased 1,771,238 STRC preferred shares for $174.0 million, up from $139.3 million a week earlier, and bought back no STRF, STRK, STRD or MSTR stock. The USD Cash pool fell to $1.05 billion from $1.30 billion, a $249.7 million draw. No shares were sold under its at-the-market program, which raised $333.7 million in August.
