Biote Appoints Komal Bajaj as Chief Medical Officer

Biote Corp. (NASDAQ: BTMD) appointed Komal Bajaj as chief medical officer, effective June 1, 2026. Bajaj will oversee clinical strategy, medical affairs, and provider education as the hormone optimization company seeks to broaden its footprint. Bajaj previously served as medical director for clinical transformation at Northwell Health. A board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, she brings expertise in women’s health and value-based care delivery. “Dr. Bajaj’s leadership will accelerate our clinical innovation and support our growing network of practitioners,” Biote CEO Terry Weber said in a statement. Shares of Biote were little changed in morning trading Monday.
