Caterpillar to Acquire Dealer John Fabick Tractor, Terms Undisclosed

Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire John Fabick Tractor Co., a Cat dealer with more than 100 years of operations across Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close within 30 days, subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions, Caterpillar said. The company framed the acquisition as a customer-focused move to ensure a seamless ownership transition while preserving existing service and local support.
