Certara (CERT) Names Faiz Mohammed Interim CFO as Gallagher Resigns

Certara (CERT) appointed Faiz Mohammed as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective June 18, 2026, following the resignation of Andrew Gallagher. Gallagher will remain with the company in an advisory role until July 15, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition. Mohammed has served as Certara's Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller since 2022. The company stated Gallagher's resignation was not due to any disagreement on accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures, or internal controls. Certara has initiated a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
