Choice Hotels to Acquire Harvest Hosts for $130 Million

Choice Hotels International Inc. (CHH) agreed on September 30, 2026, to acquire RV travel membership company Harvest Hosts from Stripes and other shareholders for an enterprise value of approximately $130 million. Harvest Hosts operates more than 11,200 host locations, including wineries, farms, breweries and museums, and will continue as a standalone business under its existing brand. The deal will be funded with cash on hand and borrowings under Choice Hotels' revolving credit facility. The transaction is not expected to materially affect Choice Hotels' 2026 financial results and does not change its previously communicated 2026 share repurchase expectations. CEO Joel Holland will remain in his role, with the full Harvest Hosts team joining Choice Hotels at closing, expected October 1, 2026. CHH shares closed up 1.21% at $104.25 on the NYSE on Tuesday.
