ChargePoint (CHPT) to Report Q1 Earnings June 3 as Revenue Decline Looms

ChargePoint Holdings (NYSE:CHPT) is scheduled to announce fiscal first-quarter results after the market closes on June 3, 2026. Analysts project a 1.6% year-over-year revenue decline, a narrower drop than the 8.8% fall recorded in the same period last year. The EV charging network operator surpassed revenue estimates in the prior quarter with $109.3 million, a 7.3% annual increase, but its forward revenue guidance fell significantly short of expectations. The company has exceeded Wall Street consensus only once in the last eight quarters. ChargePoint shares have rallied 26.6% over the past month, well above the renewable energy sector’s average 4.7% gain. Despite the rally, the consensus analyst price target stands at $6.33, below the current $7.86 share price. Peer Bloom Energy posted a 130% revenue surge, topping estimates by 42%, while Shoals Technologies delivered a 74.9% increase, beating projections by 8.7%.
