Cerenome Unit CNSide Secures Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Coverage; Shares Rise

CNSide Diagnostics LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CNS oncology company Cerenome Inc. (CNSY), has signed an in-network provider agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, effective September 1, 2026, to provide its CNSide Cerebrospinal Fluid Assay. Cerenome shares rose on the news. The deal expands commercial coverage for CNSide, which analyzes cerebrospinal fluid to detect and monitor central nervous system tumors. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, the state's largest health insurer, covering more than 5 million members, adds the test to its provider network. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
