Cerenome's CNSide Unit Reports 222 Q3 Tests, $1.55M Gross Billings; CNSY Up 3.71%

Cerenome, Inc. (CNSY) said its CNSide Diagnostics subsidiary billed 222 tests in the third quarter of 2026, representing $1.55 million in unaudited gross billings, with initial cash collections expected in the fourth quarter. The stock rose 3.71% to $1.93 following the September 30 update. CNSide expects to reach or exceed an annualized test-volume run rate of 1,250 tests in the fourth quarter of 2026, and projects an annualized gross billing run rate of $10 million to $12 million. The company said its Tumour Cell Enumeration test has 158 million contracted covered lives, targeting roughly 200 million by early 2027. CNSide received a preliminary CMS pricing decision for PLA code 0640U, with a target effective date of January 1, 2027. It plans to launch its CSF Molecular Profile Test and Breast Cancer Protein Expression Assays in the fourth quarter of 2026. CNSY has traded between $1.86 and $23.50 over the past year.
