Cosmos (COSM) Expands Sky Life Premium Distribution Across Europe, Shares Climb
Cosmos Holdings Inc. (COSM) expanded distribution of its Sky Life Premium health and wellness plan into multiple European markets on June 5, 2026, triggering a rise in its shares. The rollout extends the plan’s availability to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain through a network of local insurance partnerships, the company said. Sky Life Premium bundles telehealth access, preventive care, and supplement reimbursements into a single subscription. Management expects the expansion to contribute to revenue growth beginning in the third quarter of 2026. Cosmos shares advanced 4.2% to $2.74 in early afternoon trading on the Nasdaq. The stock has gained 18% year-to-date. The company has been diversifying from its legacy wholesale supplement business into branded wellness and insurance-adjacent services since 2025.
