Deluxe (DLX) Acquires Celero Commerce for $625 Million Cash

Deluxe (DLX) announced on June 18, 2026, an agreement to acquire Celero Commerce for $625 million in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition aims to expand Deluxe's payments segment and enhance its scale within the financial technology sector. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026 and be immediately accretive to Deluxe's adjusted earnings per share. Celero Commerce, which provides payment processing and business management solutions, is projected to contribute approximately $115 million in revenue and $35 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2026. Deluxe plans to fund the acquisition using a combination of cash on hand and existing credit facilities.
