Eni Offers 30% Power, Gas Discount to Italian Households Through Plenitude

Eni said on September 29, 2026, it will offer a 30% discount on electricity and natural gas rates sold through its Plenitude retail business, broadening its consumer support measures to residential power and gas from transport fuels. The discount applies from October 1 to customers who sign up by October 24, calculated against Plenitude's main fixed-price offering, with prices fixed for two years. Eni estimates savings of about €100 annually on a typical gas contract and €100 on electricity, roughly €200 per year for households taking both. The offer covers Plenitude's Fixa Time 24 Smart plan versus its Fixa Time 24 Base product. Eni said it will also absorb recent procurement cost increases rather than immediately pass them to customers. Earlier this month, Eni capped Enilive diesel prices at €2.19 per liter and gasoline at €1.99 per liter.
