Online marketplace companies posted mixed first-quarter results, with Shutterstock (NYSE:SSTK) slumping 23.4% after missing revenue estimates, while Sea Ltd (NYSE:SE) gained 8% as of June 5, 2026. The sector’s aggregate revenue beat analyst consensus by 1.7%, but next-quarter guidance was only in line, leaving shares broadly steady. Etsy (NASDAQ:ETSY) reported revenue of $631.3 million, up 3.1% year-over-year, beating estimates by 2.4% and lifting the stock 6%. Sea delivered the strongest surprise, with revenue surging 43.2% to $7.33 billion, driven by 72.6 million users. Shutterstock’s revenue fell 17.9% to $199.2 million, missing forecasts by 10.2%—the worst performance in the group. EverQuote (NASDAQ:EVER) jumped 31.6% after revenue of $190.9 million topped views, while Teladoc Health (NYSE:TDOC) added 22.3% despite a revenue dip, supported by a full-year guidance raise.
