(ELDN) said Tuesday the FDA granted Fast Track designation to tegoprubart for kidney transplant patients, while reporting updated long-term data from its Phase 2 BESTOW trial. The designation aims to expedite review of the experimental drug, which targets the CD40 ligand pathway as an alternative to standard immunosuppression. Updated BESTOW results, disclosed Sept. 22, 2026, cover extended follow-up in transplant recipients. Eledon did not disclose specific efficacy or safety figures in the announcement.
