Elmet Group to Buy 4.99% Stake in Masan High-Tech Materials for $124.75 Million

The Elmet Group Co. (ELMT) said on September 24, 2026, it will acquire a 4.99% stake in Vietnam-based Masan High-Tech Materials Corp. (MSR) for $124.75 million, formalizing a commercial relationship spanning more than 12 years. Elmet, a provider of critical materials and precision-engineered components, did not disclose financing terms or a closing timetable for the transaction. The deal marks a further tie-up between the two materials suppliers, whose existing partnership covers critical materials supply.
