Ernexa Therapeutics Selected for Emerging Track at 2026 Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mesa; ERNA Falls 6.34%

Ernexa Therapeutics (ERNA) said Tuesday it was selected for the Emerging Track at the 2026 Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mesa, where CEO Sanjeev Luther will present the company's oncology strategy and lead candidate ERNA-101. Luther is scheduled to deliver an Innovation Spotlight presentation on October 6, 2025. ERNA-101 is an investigational cell therapy developed on Ernexa's synthetic induced mesenchymal stem cell platform, designed to support scalable, off-the-shelf treatments without patient-specific cell harvesting. In an independent preclinical study, ERNA-101 combined with anti-PD-1 therapy achieved complete tumor clearance and long-term survival in two of three treated animals; no complete responses were observed with monotherapy or in untreated controls. An earlier ovarian cancer study showed 100% survival through end of follow-up when combined with PD-1 blockade. Ernexa said ERNA-101 remains on track for a planned Investigational New Drug submission in 2026. ERNA traded between $3.18 and $71.50 over the past year and was recently at $3.24, down 6.34%.
