Eton Pharmaceuticals Launches IMPAVIDO in U.S. After Acquiring Commercialization Rights

Eton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ETON) announced the U.S. commercial availability of IMPAVIDO (miltefosine) capsules on September 28, 2026, following its acquisition of exclusive U.S. commercialization rights to the product. The company said it is expanding patient access programs alongside the relaunch. IMPAVIDO is a treatment for leishmaniasis, a rare parasitic infection. Eton did not disclose financial terms of the commercialization rights acquisition or projected revenue from the product. The drug was previously available in the U.S. under a different distribution arrangement.
