Fluidra CFO Xavier Tintoré Steps Down; Juan Graham Named Successor

Fluidra S.A., a global pool and wellness equipment manufacturer, announced on May 28, 2026 that Chief Financial Officer Xavier Tintoré will step down after 18 years with the company. He will be succeeded by Juan Graham, currently senior vice president of finance. Graham, who joined Fluidra in 2016, has held several senior finance positions within the group. Prior to Fluidra, he worked at Celsa Group and Deloitte. Tintoré will remain with the company for a transition period to ensure a smooth handover. No reason was given for the departure.
