(FIP), agreed on Monday, September 28, 2026, to acquire the Port Arthur Terminal in Texas and a 50% interest in a Diluent Recovery Unit in Hardisty, Alberta, from a subsidiary of USD Group for $255 million. The deal expands FTAI Infrastructure's midstream and terminal footprint in two key North American energy hubs. Port Arthur serves as a major Gulf Coast crude and refined products export point, while Hardisty is a central hub for Canadian crude and diluent handling. FTAI Infrastructure did not disclose financing terms or an expected closing date. The transaction remains subject to customary conditions.
