1-800-Flowers to Sell PersonalizationMall.com, Things Remembered to PlanetArt for $45 Million

1-800-Flowers (FLWS) has entered a definitive agreement to sell PersonalizationMall.com and Things Remembered to PlanetArt for approximately $45 million in cash, the company announced on September 30, 2026. Under the deal, PlanetArt will enter a commercial agreement allowing 1-800-Flowers to continue offering select PersonalizationMall.com products. The sale is part of the company's effort to simplify operations and concentrate on core brands. The transaction marks another ownership change for both assets. 1-800-Flowers acquired Things Remembered's e-commerce business about three years ago and purchased PersonalizationMall.com in 2020 for $245 million from Bed Bath & Beyond after a court compelled the deal. PlanetArt, founded in 2010, operates an e-commerce business selling personalized products. The sale follows 1-800-Flowers' fourth-quarter consolidated revenue decline of 12.9% year over year to $293.1 million, reported earlier this month.
