Galderma (GALD) reported three-year results from the ARCADIA long-term extension study showing Nemluvio (nemolizumab) produced sustained improvements in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The data were presented at the 2026 EADV Congress on October 1, 2026. At Week 152, up to 91% of patients achieved at least 75% improvement in eczema severity, and up to 67% reached near-complete skin clearance. Approximately 90% reported clinically meaningful improvements in itch and quality of life. The open-label study evaluated adults and adolescents for up to 152 weeks; Nemluvio was well tolerated. Nemluvio is a monoclonal antibody targeting the IL-31 receptor alpha pathway. GALD shares closed Tuesday at CHF 165.85, up 2.38%, within a 52-week range of CHF 134.20 to CHF 188.25.
