GE HealthCare Adds AT&T CFO Pascal Desroches to Board, Raises Q3 Dividend

GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. (GEHC) appointed Pascal Desroches, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of AT&T (T), to its board of directors, effective January 4, 2027. The company also increased its third-quarter cash dividend. Desroches brings extensive finance and telecommunications leadership experience to the health care solutions company's board. The appointment takes effect Jan. 4, 2027. The dividend increase marks the company's latest move to return capital to shareholders. GE HealthCare did not disclose the revised per-share payout amount in the announcement.
