Enterprise AI search startup Glean said it reached $300 million in annual recurring revenue, tripling from $100 million 15 months ago, highlighting rapid adoption even as tech giants enter the market. CEO Arvind Jain told TechCrunch that the company’s edge lies in its “context graph,” which connects to internal software systems and reduces token usage, cutting AI costs for clients. The cost savings have become a major selling point at a time when enterprises are scrutinizing AI budgets. Glean, last valued at $7.2 billion in a June 2025 funding round, serves companies including Databricks, Reddit, Pinterest, and Samsung. The company offers consumption-based and hybrid pricing models, though the consumption portion means some revenue is more accurately annualized run rate rather than strictly recurring.
