Industrial Logistics Properties CFO Tiffany Sy to Resign Sept. 30; Anthony Paula Named Successor

Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (ILPT) announced Monday that Chief Financial Officer Tiffany Sy will resign effective September 30, 2026. The real estate investment trust named Anthony Paula as her successor. Sy's departure and Paula's appointment take effect at the close of the third quarter. ILPT did not disclose a reason for the transition. The CFO change comes as the REIT continues managing its industrial warehouse portfolio. Financial terms of the succession were not disclosed.
