Immunovant Halts IMVT-1402 Development in Cutaneous Lupus After Trial Misses Primary Endpoint

(IMVT) said on Sept. 23, 2026, it will stop development of IMVT-1402, also known as imeroprubart, in cutaneous lupus erythematosus after the drug failed to meet the primary endpoint in Period 1 of its proof-of-concept trial. The study did not achieve statistical significance on its primary endpoint measuring percent change, according to topline results released by the company.
